HOUSE

There is an active apartment association operating in the house, under whose leadership the house has been thoroughly renovated: the facade and foundation have been insulated, water and sewage pipes have been replaced, new radiators with adjustment options and sensors have been installed, the roof has been renewed, the stairwells have been tidied up, remote-readable water meters have been installed. Just a month ago, the sidewalks and part of the road were re-asphalted. The heating fee is calculated on a 70/30 basis, where 70% is the general cost part, 30% based on the apartment sensors.

You can park for free in front of the house. Each floor has a closed balcony in the corridor where you can dry your laundry. A storage room for bicycles, baby carriages, etc. was recently built in the basement of the house.

LOCATION

Mingi 5 apartment building is located in the Linnu tee area of ​​the Kristiine district, between private houses, away from the main streets. There is a nice amount of greenery around the house and everything you need is a short walk away.

Mingi street got its current name in 2015, before that it was part of Muti street and the address of the house was Muti 30.

Sõprus Rimi, Lidl and several eateries are only a 5-minute walk away. The public transport stops along Sõpruse puistee and Mustamäe tee are at a fairly similar distance. Several schools and kindergartens are also nearby. The stadium of the Tallinn Industrial Education Center is located next to the house. On the other side of Linnu road is the large Löwenruh park, which also houses the Löwenruh restaurant, a large playground and health trails.
